Farm production quality
United Kosher Dairy works with a number of select dairy farms that provide only Grade A milk. Cows are subject to thorough, frequent inspections conducted by UKD’s independent veterinary staff. All internal components of milking operations are washed at the end of every milking session, and milk is transported only in clean, tanks.
